Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • liquid cream - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (60 g)
  • starch - 1 tablespoon, wheat
  • oregano - to taste
  • basil - to taste
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Finely chop the tomatoes and put them in a little oil to saute. Boil until half the juice released evaporates.

Then blend them with the cream, feta cheese, spices, crushed garlic and the starch, dissolved in a little cold water.

Put the tomato-garlic sauce on the stove and stir until thickened slightly.
