Ingredients

  • confectionery cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • gelatin - 1 tablespoon
  • walnuts - 2/3 cup (150 g) ground
  • powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • essence - a few drops of orange

Preparation

Soak the gelatin in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of cool water. Beat the cream with a mixer, add the sugar, vanilla, essence and finally- the gelatin.

Stir some more. To the resulting cream, add the walnuts.
