Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 2, diced
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • garlic - 4 cloves, chopped
  • peppers - 1 green, chopped
  • green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • tomatoes - 2, finely chopped
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • chili - 1 tablespoon, mashed chili paste
  • cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
  • oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Fry the chicken in the olive oil and garlic in a medium-sized pot. Season with salt and black pepper and add all the other products.

Close the pot and cook on a medium stove for about 40 minutes or until the meat becomes tender.

If necessary, add a little hot water. Serve the chicken stew with tomatoes garnished with boiled potatoes or another side of your choice.
