Ingredients

  • spinach - 14 oz (400 g) frozen
  • mushrooms - 12
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cheese - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Thaw the spinach and drain out the excess water. Remove the stems of the mushrooms, chop them finely. Season the spinach with salt and black pepper and add the chopped stems.

Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes. Fill the mushrooms with the spinach. Grate a little cheese on top.

The mushrooms can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer.
