Ingredients

  • crabs - 3
  • peppers - 1
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • mustard
  • butter
  • lemons
  • salt

How to make

Wash, clean and boil the crabs in 2 cups water, the beer, chopped pepper and a little butter.

Fry the crabs lightly in heated butter + 3 tablespoons of the broth in which they were boiled. Serve hot with lemon and mustard.
