Ingredients

  • mussels - 12.5 oz (350 g) boiled, shelled
  • shrimp - 7 oz (200 g)
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • onions - 1 small head, finely chopped
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • chili peppers - 1 green, finely chopped
  • tomatoes - 1 peeled
  • ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated fresh
  • broth - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) from the boiling of the mussels
  • coconut milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) or cow milk
  • lemons - juice of 1 lemon
  • curry - 1 - 2 tsp, powdered
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Heat a few tablespoons olive oil in a large pot and fry the onion, garlic, chili pepper, ginger, julienned green and red pepper in it briefly.

Pour in the broth, lemon juice and coconut milk. Season with curry powder, salt and black pepper to taste. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the finely chopped and peeled tomato, the mussels and shrimp (optional). Allow to boil for 5 more minutes, then take it off from the heat.find similar recipes here
