Ingredients

  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • coffee - sweetened
  • butter - 1 cup (250 g)
  • biscuits - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • cocoa - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)

Preparation

Dip the biscuits for 1-2 seconds in the coffee, enough to soften them. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla and cocoa in a water bath.

Once the mixture cools, add the butter and beat very well with a mixer until you get a homogeneous cream.
