measures

How to make

Blend the biscuits in a blender into find crumbs. Mix them with the powdered sugar, cocoa, and coffee that's been dissolved in the milk/water.

Mix well and shape a dough. Roll it out into a layer 1/2″ (1 cm) thick and shape it into a rectangle on top of baking paper.

Prepare the cream by mixing the products for it, then beat them - the butter needs to be slightly warm. Distribute the cream on top of the biscuit layer.

Using the baking paper, form the roll carefully, smear it with part of the cream on top and leave in the fridge for about 4 hours. Carefully remove the paper, transfer the roll onto a plate and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
