Ingredients

  • veal - 21 oz (600 g) (or pork)
  • cabbages - 9 oz (250 g)
  • potatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • green beans - 9 oz (250 g), or peas
  • peppers - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • parsnips - 1 root
  • carrots - 2
  • celery - 1 piece
  • onions - 3 heads
  • chili peppers - 2 - 3
  • white wine - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • parsley
  • oil - 6 - 7 tbsp

How to make

Cut the meat into bites, the onions into slices and the remaining vegetables - as you would for cooking.

Put all of the ingredients in a clay pot, salt, add the remaining spices and stir well.

Put a lid on or cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake until ready.
