Ingredients

  • meat - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 2 tbsp
  • roots - for soup
  • parsley
  • lemon juice
  • oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

Melt the butter/oil in a pot and fry the finely chopped onions and chopped meat.

Sprinkle the fried meat with the flour, stir and fry 10 more min.

Add the parsley, pour in enough hot water and boil until the meat softens.

Thicken the soup with the eggs beaten with lemon juice. Serve warm.find similar recipes here
