  • potatoes - 10 - 12
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 2 cups
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the potatoes, peel and grate them. Beat the softened butter into foam, add the egg yolks, potatoes, season with the spices, pour in the flour.

Finally mix with the egg whites that have been beaten to snow.

Pour the mixture into a greased tray and bake in a moderate oven. Serve with potato soufflé with yoghurt and salad of your choice.
