"It`s time for salad! Set the table!"

Ingredients

  • green potatoes - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • cabbages - 11 lb (5 kg)
  • peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg), red
  • celery - 1 head
  • carrots - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • cauliflowers - 1 head
  • brine
  • oil - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 cup
  • vinegar - 3 1/5 cups (750 ml)

How to make

Grate the carrots, cabbage, celery and cauliflower. Chop the peppers, tomatoes and celery leaves finely.

Combine all the products for the brine and put them on the heat to boil.

Parboil the vegetables with the hot brine. Pour them into jars, close and sterilize for 15 min.
