Ingredients

  • macaroni - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml), dry
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g), goat
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp, ground

Preparation

Cut the garlic finely and braise it in the butter on low heat until golden. Remove from the saucepan and put the macaroni in its place, braise while stirring nonstop for 8 min.

Once the macaroni turns golden, pour boiling water over it, boil 3 min, add salt, black pepper and stir everything.

Boil for another 15 min. Add the white wine, crumbled cheese. Boil for 1 more minute and serve hot.find similar recipes here
