Ingredients

  • compote - 14 oz (400 g) of peaches
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • walnuts - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • cocoa - 1 2/3 tsp (8 g)
  • gelatin - 1 2/3 tsp (8 g)

Preparation

Blend half of the peaches. Put the gelatin in cold water to swell and then dissolve it in a water bath.

Beat the cream with the sugar. Roast the walnuts lightly. Crumble half of them, grind the other half.

Combine the blended peaches with the gelatin, beaten cream, crumbled walnuts, cocoa and vanilla. Stir very well.

Distribute the prepared cream into servings, decorate with slices of peach and sprinkle with the ground walnuts.find similar recipes here
