Ingredients

  • rice - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • tomatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • mushrooms - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • celery - 2 oz (50 g)
  • onions - 2 oz (50 g)
  • carrots - 2 oz (50 g)
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the celery, carrots and onions finely and fry them in heated oil until softened.

Add the rice and fry until it turns transparent.

Subsequently, add the chopped tomatoes, the mushrooms that have been sauteed in advance, the parsley and salt.

Pour in the necessary amount of water, pour everything into a tray, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a moderately preheated oven.
