  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (130 g)

  • rice flour - 3 tsp
  • almonds - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), ground

  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 2 yolks
  • essence - 2 tsp, coffee or chocolate
  • chocolate sprinkles - for garnishing

How to make

Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, add the grated chocolate and stir. While beating nonstop, add the egg yolks 1 by 1. Carefully add in the beaten to hard snow egg whites too.
