Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • chili peppers - 1
  • tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 4 tbsp
  • parsley - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • garlic - powdered
  • for the sauce
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • blue cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

Combine the ingredients, excluding the wings and ketchup. Put the wings in the resulting marinade and leave them for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).

Put the wings with the marinade in an oven dish and bake 30-30 minutes, flipping them over from time to time.

Then heat up the grill and roast the wings for just 5 min.

Mix the ketchup with a little bit of the marinade spread it on the wings while they are still roasting.

Serve the buffalo wings with a blend of sour cream and blue cheese.
