Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g), no salt added
  • milk - 4 tbsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • water - 1 tsp
  • paprika
  • salt - to taste
  • parsley

How to make

Pour the milk over the cottage cheese and begin beating.

Pour in the oil in a thin trickle while stirring nonstop, then the crushed garlic as well, that you've made into sludge with the water.

Continue stirring until you get a smooth blend.

Season the prepared mayonnaise with salt, paprika and some chopped parsley.
