Ingredients

  • breadcrumbs - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • chicken legs - 12, small
  • dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
  • flour - a little
  • eggs - 2 whites, lightly beaten
  • for the spice
  • almonds - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • sesame seeds - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • coriander - 1 tbsp (15 g), seeds
  • salt

How to make

To prepare the special spice for the chicken legs, bake the almonds and seeds in a dry, heated pan for 30 sec, while stirring.

Then crush them in a mortar and pestle with a little salt and pepper and mix them with the breadcrumbs.

Remove the skins of the chicken legs, smear them with mustard and roll them in flour and a beaten egg white. Then roll them in the special spice.

Put them to bake for about 15-20 min. in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until golden.
