Ingredients

  • macaroni - 1 packet
  • butter - 1 packet
  • eggs - 3
  • ham - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 1/2 cup (120 ml)

How to make

Boil the macaroni in salted water, drain them and set them aside.

Beat the butter into fluffy cream and add the egg yolks one by one. Next, mix this with the beaten to snow egg whites.

Add the finely chopped ham, sprinkle a little black pepper and mix everything well.

Pour the blend into an oiled and floured tray, pour in the milk and put it to bake until it reddens nicely.
