Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg), mix
  • leeks - 1 bunch
  • onions - 2 heads
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • for the topping
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Wash the onions and leeks and fry them in oil in a large pot. After they soften and fry, add the spices and stir.

Transfer the leeks to a tray and fry the mince in a little more oil in the pot. After you've fried it as well, season with spices and stir with the tomato paste.

Combine the mince with the leeks, stir and add a little warm water. Put it to bake until the water evaporates.

Beat the ingredients for the topping and pour it over the moussaka. Bake finished and serve the moussaka slightly cooled.
