  • eggs - 4
  • salt
  • parsley - 2 tbsp chopped or green onions
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • broth - optional


Boil salted water. Break the eggs over it carefully so they don't spill out. The water needs to be boiling at a low temperature. It is best to boil the eggs 2 at a time and take them out with a slotted spoon directly onto the plates.

Put 2 eggs per plate, sprinkle with parsley or green onions, black pepper and paprika and pour on the melted butter. If you like, add yoghurt or hot boiled broth to the eggs.find similar recipes here
