Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 packet
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g), pitted
  • pork breasts - 2 oz (50 g), smoked
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • peppers - 2, green
  • onions - 1 head
  • oregano - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Braise the onion in the olive oil along with the diced meat. Once the onion softens, add the tomatoes and olives. Salt and add the black pepper and oregano.

Boil the spaghetti according to package directions, drain and add them to the sauce. Stir slightly and after 2-3 min, remove from the heat. Upon serving, sprinkle with oregano.
