Ingredients

  • pizza dough - 1
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • tomato sauce
  • seafood - 14 oz (400 g), frozen, mix
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • parsley - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • parmesan - 2 tbsp, grated

How to make

Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Roll out the dough and smear it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Pour the tomato sauce on top and bake for 10 min. Remove from the oven.

Arrange the seafood on top of the pizza. Sprinkle crushed garlic and parsley on top. Pour on the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Bake the pizza for about 5 to 10 min. or until ready. Then sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve.
