Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • pineapples - 17.5 oz (500 g), canned
  • almonds - 2/5 cup (100 g), sliced
  • honey - 2 tbsp

How to make

Roll out the dough and cut it into 3/4″ (2 cm) wide strips.

Cut the pineapple slices into halves, wrap each half in a puff pastry strip.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) until golden. Smear them with honey and sprinkle with almonds.
