Ingredients

  • condensed milk - 1 2/3 cups (395 g)
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g), unsalted
  • brown sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • honey - 3 tbsp, or caramel syrup
  • dark chocolate - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pod

How to make

Beat the sweetened condensed milk with the butter, sugar, caramel syrup or honey in a bowl and put in the microwave for 7 min. on medium.

Stir the mixture every 2 min. Add the crumbled chocolate to it and the vanilla. After 30 seconds have passed, stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the blend into a small rectangular or square form, covered with baking paper, and even it out. Once the fudge cools, cover it and put it in the fridge for 1 hour to cool even more.

Cut into small pieces and serve.
