  • lamb - 28 oz (800 g) of meat
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • pomegranate - 4/5 cup (200 ml), juice
  • brown sugar - 3 tbsp, molasses
  • junipers - 4 fruits, mashed
  • mixed pepper - 10 grains, crushed
  • for the glaze

  • lemons - 1
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • honey - 1 tbsp

How to make

Dice the lamb meat and marinate overnight in a blend of crushed garlic, the pomegranate juice, brown sugar, mashed junipers and mixed pepper.

Mix the products for the glaze well. Put the meat on wooden skewers, which have been soaked in cold water beforehand. Smear the skewered meat generously with the marinade.

Roast on a greased grill for about 15 min, turning them often and smearing them with the marinade.
