Cut the sauerkraut into strips and put them in a tray, sprinkle with paprika. Saute the onion in a little oil, add the mince and chopped carrot.

Pour in the tomato paste which you've dissolved in 1 cup of hot water ahead of time. Season with black pepper and savory. Once the mixture comes to a boil, add the rice.
