Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • cream - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • flour - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Parboil the mushrooms in hot water and leave them to drain. Cut them into pieces, salt and fry them in the butter.

Once they have nearly softened, add the flour, stir, pour on the cream and bring to a boil.

Sprinkle with the grated feta cheese and bake lightly. Before serving, add finely chopped parsley.
