Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (220 ml)
  • raisins - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • orange zest - 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon
  • for the sauce
  • raisins - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lemons - 1

Preparation

To prepare the sauce, wash and drain the raisins. Combine the water with the powdered sugar and raisins. Add the juice of the lemon and bring the mixture to a boil on low heat. Boil for 10 min. Blend the mixture.

From the other ingredients, prepare a dough. First, wash and dry the raisins. In a large bowl, sift half the flour with the salt. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, raisins and orange zest. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Add the eggs and milk.

Mix everything well, add the remaining flour in portions as well. Fry fritters, placing them with a spoon in heated butter and frying for 2 min. Flip them over and fry for another 2 min. Put them in plates and pour on the raisin sauce.find similar recipes here
