Place foil in an oven dish and smear it with olive oil.

Mix together the 2 types of mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, salt and oregano and pour this marinade over the peeled and sliced potatoes.

After 10 min, place the potatoes in the oven dish and bake 20 min. at 374°F (190 °C). Then turn them over and bake another 20 min.find similar recipes here
