How to make
Blend the strawberries. Mix 1/3 of the puree with the wine and sugar and bring to a boil.
After 1 min, remove from the heat. Add the remaining strawberry puree and cool the mixture.
Distribute it into cups and leave for one hour in the refrigerator. Serve with ice cubes.
