  • rabbit - 1
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • bay leaf - 1
  • cloves - 2
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • butter - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the rabbit into pieces. In the boiled and then cooled milk, put the chopped onions, mashed garlic, the cloves, bay leaf, chopped parsley, black pepper and salt.

Add the meat to the milky marinade and let it sit for 1-2 hours. Take out the meat, drain it and fry.

Put the meat in a tray, pour in some of the marinade and let it saute on low heat. Once the meat softens fully, only a little bit of sauce should remain.
