  • beef - 26.5 oz (750 g), tender (can use pork)
  • onions - 5 heads
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lard
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Form steaks from the meat, tenderize and clean them of tendons. Roll them in flour and fry until reddened in equal parts lard and oil. Pour the melted butter over them.

Cut the onions into slices, salt and roll lightly in the flour.

Braise until golden in the oil. Arrange the fried onions on top of the steaks and serve.
