Ingredients

  • flour - 1 cup
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp, powdered
  • butter - 4 tbsp
  • water - 2 tbsp

How to make

Grate the cheese finely. Add the flour, butter, ginger and salt and knead a dough. Add the water and knead once again.

Leave in the refrigerator for 30 min. Roll it out and cut out crackers. Bake them 15 min. at 350°F (175 °C).
