Drain out the lemon. Combine the mashed blueberries, yoghurt, cream, lemon juice, cinnamon and fructose.

Blend everything together and pour the mixture into a form. Put in the freezer for 2 hours. Take it out, put into a blender and blend.

Return back to the freezer and leave for another 2 hours. Then take it out again and blend in the blender once more.

Finally, return to the freezer to solidify for about 3 hours and then serve.find similar recipes here
