Ingredients

  • honey - 3 tbsp
  • chickpeas - 1 cup
  • apricots - 7 oz (200 g), dried
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • lemons - 1
  • orange juice - 2 tbsp
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp, powdered
  • sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  • coconut flakes - 2 tbsp

How to make

Soak the chickpeas overnight in water. Pour out the water the next day and boil the chickpeas for about an hour.

Let them drain for half an hour. Mash them. Cut the apricots and walnuts finely, combine them with the chickpeas.

Add the honey, the orange and lemon juice and form balls. Sprinkle them with cocoa, sesame and coconut flakes. Leave them in the fridge for 2 hours.
