Melt the crumbled chocolate in a glazed container in a water bath. After it melts, add the butter. Stir until you get a smooth mixture and remove from the stove.

While stirring nonstop, add the egg yolks one at a time along with the rum. Beat with a mixer, then mix it carefully with the beaten to snow egg white with a wooden spoon.find similar recipes here
