Ingredients

  • chili peppers - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • For the marinade
  • wine vinegar - 1 bottle
  • sugar - 6 tbsp
  • salt - 3 tbsp
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)

Preparation

Cut off the stems of the chili peppers and roast them. Combine all the products for the marinade and boil it 10 min.

Start arranging the chili peppers in jars, putting finely chopped garlic and dill in the middle.
