Ingredients

  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 4
  • tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onions - 1 head
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)

How to make

Clean and wash the spinach. Put it in a container with boiling salted water and boil for about 15 min. In the meantime, saute the onions in some of the warmed butter.

Drain the spinach, cut it coarsely and add it to the sauteed onions. Once it softens, add the finely chopped tomatoes. Boil until the liquid evaporates.

Break a couple eggs over the ready mixture and pour on cream cheese. Put in the remaining butter and crushed garlic. Bake in a moderate oven and once ready sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
