Ingredients

  • chicken - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp
  • celery - 1 bunch, the green part
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Wash the chicken, dry it, cut it into portions and braise in the heated oil.

Add the onion that you've cut into round slices, the tomato paste diluted with a little water and pour on the wine.

Add the finely chopped celery bunch. Leave the dish on low heat to saute until the meat is ready.
