"You`re not going to believe how easy this chocolaty wonder is to make!"

Ingredients

  • flour - 1 1/2 cups (375 g), self - rising
  • cocoa - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • brown sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
  • liquid chocolate - 12 tsp

How to make

Sift the flour with the cocoa into a bowl. Beat the eggs together with the oil, milk and vanilla.

Combine the liquid with the dry ingredients. Prepare 12 muffin cups and fill them halfway. Add 1 tsp of liquid chocolate into each and top off with the remaining mixture.

Bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven for 25 min. or until fully ready.
