Ingredients

  • butter - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • cherries - 2 1/3 cups (570 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (225 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • eggs - 4, whipped
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • flour - 1 cup (225 g)

Preparation

Heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Use 1/4 of the butter to smear a baking dish. Arrange the cherries on its bottom.

Bring the milk to a boil, add the pinch of salt and let it cool. Melt the remaining butter, mix it with the eggs, flour and sugar.

Add the milk, beat very well and pour the dough onto the cherries. Bake for about 50 min.find similar recipes here
