Ingredients

  • chili peppers - 1 red
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • potatoes - 16 oz (450 g)
  • peppers - 16 oz (450 g), cut

How to make

Chop the chili pepper, garlic and parsley finely and mix. Heat half of the olive oil in a pan and pour half of the mixture into it. Braise for 1 min. and add the chopped potatoes.

Cook 15 to 20 min., and if necessary pour in a little more water to prevent the potatoes from sticking.

In the meantime, heat the remaining olive oil and braise the other half of the mixture with the chili pepper. Add the cut peppers and cook 15 to 20 min.

Finally, mix the potato mixture with the peppers, season with salt and black pepper, serve immediately.
