"The aroma of a summer`s passing and a full flavor - this is our favorite mushroom soup."

Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g), mix
  • onions - 1 head + 1 bunch, fresh
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • cream - 1 cup
  • vermicelli - 2 tbsp
  • dill - 5 bunches
  • parsley - 5 bunches
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin strips. Saute them until softened under a lid with a little oil.

Add the finely chopped onions and braise 2-3 min. Sprinkle with flour, stir well and pour on hot water.

Bring the dish to a boil, throw in the vermicelli and boil until the products soften. Before removing the dish from the stove, add the cream and pressed garlic.

Leave for just 1 more min. for the taste to get absorbed and remove from the stove. Sprinkle with herbs and spices and serve with aromatic croutons.
