"For the perfect romantic dinner you need 2 servings of Ravioli with Tomatoes and Cream and a bottle of good wine."

Ingredients

  • butter - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • onions - 1/2 head
  • celery - 1/2 bunch
  • tomato paste - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • ravioli - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • parmesan
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • salt

How to make

Melt the butter with the olive oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions and celery and braise them for 10 min. Add the tomato sauce and sugar and bring to a boil.

Turn down the heat and boil 10 min. or so. Season with salt and black pepper. Boil the ravioli in salted water. Add the cream to the tomato sauce and boil.

Season with nutmeg and remove from the stove. Add the ravioli to the sauce, stir and serve with parmesan and basil.
