  • puff pastry - 14 oz (400 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • peaches - 3 - 4
  • cherries - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • strawberries - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • jam - 3 tbsp, by choice
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp

How to make

Heat the oven to 430°F (220 °C). Roll out the puff pastry into a thin crust. Transfer it to an oven dish, form walls and pierce in several spots with a fork. Smear with the beaten egg and bake this layer for 15-20 min.

Take it out and leave it to cool. Slice the peaches, remove the pits from the cherries and leave the strawberries whole.

Carefully arrange them on the layer. Put the jam with the lemon juice in a small pot and bring to a boil.

Leave to cool and spread it on the fruits. If you do not wish to use jam, you can decorate with cream.
