  • penne - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 3
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • arugula - 2 oz (50 g)
  • pine nuts - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • olive oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain it. In the meantime, finely chop the tomatoes, garlic, arugula and the pine nuts.

Mix them with the oil, season with salt and black pepper and pour into a bowl.

Add the drained pasta, stir very well and serve right away with basil leaves for decoration.
