Ingredients

  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 5
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)

How to make

Bring the milk to a boil. Add the honey and cinnamon and take the milk off the stove.

Add 1 egg and 4 egg yolks and beat the mixture on low heat to thicken it without curdling it.

Place the container in a larger container with ice cold water and beat until it cools completely.

Add the cream and beat everything once again. Leave in the freezer for 3 hours, while taking it out and beating every 20 min.
