Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • pecorino - 3 1/2 cups
  • butter - 6 tbsp
  • black pepper - 2 tsp
  • salt

Preparation

Heat water in a pot and salt it. Boil the pasta and strain it, save 2 cups of the broth from the boiling.

Mix the pasta with this broth and put it back on the slightly heated stove.

Add the butter, pecorino and black pepper and stir until you get a sauce.
